Bylaws

UWOFA is a federally incorporated not-for-profit corporation. Its foundational document is Articles of Continuance dated September 7, 2017.

UWOFA’s governance structure is described in detail in our Bylaws. Members of the Association elect a Board of Directors, which consists of the officers of the Association (President, Vice-President, Past President, Secretary and Treasurer) as well as representatives from various constituencies, and it is the Board that is charged with administering the affairs of the Association.
