About Lina

I have worked in the area of employee and labour relations since I graduated from Western University in 2013. While earning my degree, I worked as an Administrative Assistant at a research centre on campus for five years. After graduation, I became a marking assistant for one of my professors. Prior to coming to UWOFA, I worked as a recruiter at St. Joseph's Health Care London for two years.

I started at UWOFA in September 2015 as an Operational Support Officer and I was promoted to Member Services Officer in June 2017. My position is new and constantly evolving, which is both exciting and challenging at the same time!

As UWOFA's Member Services Officer, I support the Grievance Committee and I am the first point of contact for members with Collective Agreement inquiries. Members can also contact me if they have questions related to the content posted under the Member Resources section of our website.
