I've been a Limited-Term Faculty member in the Biology Department since 2006. My teaching is mostly in the areas of statistics and field biology. My formal expertise is in the ecology of forest trees and their pests and pathogens. I have worn several hats for UWOFA over the years and encourage anyone who is on the fence about whether to take an active role in the union to go for it.  It's a great chance to connect with dedicated colleagues and wonderful people from all across campus.

Outside of work, my main activity is parenting two teenagers. My passion is sailing and I also enjoy baseball, guitar, and chess.
