Minimum salaries for Probationary, Tenured, Limited-Term and Part-Time Faculty Members (for 2006-07, 2007-08, 2008-09, 2009-10) can be found in the Article Compensation and Benefits in the Faculty Collective Agreement.

Salary Anomalies Committee - Faculty
The Collective Agreement provides that in 2009-2010 the Salary Anomalies Committee shall disburse $500,000 in Performance-Based Anomaly Adjustments to (eligible) Probationary and Tenured Members "whose salaries are anomalously low relative to their experience and accomplishment." Career Trajectory Anomalies Committee (CTAC) - Faculty
The CTAC is charged with distributing the Career Trajectory Fund in the manner described in the Collective Agreement for faculty. The Collective Agreement requires that this Fund be used to adjust the salaries of eligible Probationary, Tenured and Limited-term Members whose salaries are determined to be below a trajectory appropriate to their career stage, compared to similar faculty at comparator institutions, based on factors including, but not limited to, years of service, years since highest degree, and highest degree.
