Salary Anomaly Fund - Faculty
The Collective Agreement provides that a Salary Anomaly Fund (SAF) of $200,000 shall be established in 2013-2014. The SAF shall be administered by a Salary Anomaly Committee.
Career Trajectory Fund - Faculty
The Collective Agreement provides that a Career Trajectory Fund for Probationary, Tenured and Limited-Term Members shall be established. The value of this Fund shall be $400,000 in 2012-13, and $400,000 in 2013-2014.
