Compensation and Benefits
UWOFA negotiates compensation and benefits for academic, librarian and archivist Members when new Collective Agreements are being negotiated. The Association is also available to assist potential Members when negotiating starting salaries; and to help resolve compensation and benefit entitlement concerns that Members may have. Members are encouraged to review the Compensation and Benefits Article of the Collective Agreements and UWO Pension and Benefits literature and entitlements on the Human Resources website.
